The 2026 CPTX scope has grown by approximately +70% year-over-year, driven primarily by dual-venue parallel operation (Nangang + Xinyi TICC), three new production services (Same-Day Delivery, Post-Production Producer, AI-Assisted Workflow), and regulatory requirements (CAA Tower Liaison for TMC drone operation).
Daily crew headcount has scaled from ~22 (2025) to 43 (2026) to cover the expanded venue footprint and concurrent deliverables. Unit rates across most roles have been adjusted by ~8–12% to reflect inflation. The AI production stack (list price NT$ 275,000) is included at no charge as a 2026 partnership inclusion.
